Design and facilitation of organization and team development processes such as strategic planning, issues analysis and action, decision making, consensus building, policy development, team building.

Development of descriptive and interpretive reports in support of facilitated processes with a focus on qualitative information gathered through document analysis, interviews and open-ended questionnaires. ST has a special interest in the health sector.
